Today, students will be reviewing their peers on their teams in order to help Mr. Schuster understand where teams need a little more work. The results of this survey, as well as a final survey, will be used to calculate final individual grades.
Students continue to utilize STEM to work on their projects. Students must have a working prototype ready to present by December 13th. Mr. Schuster will give more guidelines on the actual presentation piece of the course, but students can see how they will be scored via the rubric in Google Classroom.

Students are beginning to build out their projects now. Students have until Dec 13th to build out their projects and their blogs. Today, students were reminded of their priorities as team members:
Project Manager - leads team to stay on task Product Engineer - Needs to design quickly and get 3D prints to me ASAP if needed. Product Developer - Keeps to the plan, does RESEARCH Marketer - Should be continually posting and publishing to the blog Students have officially embarked upon their journey to create something amazing today, by taking the first step: PLANNING!

Students have entered into the makerspace bootcamp piece of the course. Students will learn how to use the elements of the makerspace in a meaningful way to help them complete their projects. The students will explore:
DAY 1/2 - 3D printing DAY3/4 - Robotics DAY5/6 - Circuits/Coding DAY 7/8 - Architecture Students will reflect upon their experiences with that element and move into the production phase of their project exploration. |
